Within the framework of the project, which will be held in Kyiv and in several pilot regions, a number of measures will be taken to attract children to peacekeeping processes. The questionnaires will identify pilot schools that will be involved in the preparation of active peacekeepers, joint peacekeeping operations, in particular Peacebuilding Days, and the implementation of their own initiatives. Local communities, Ukrainian society and the international community will see the war in Ukraine through the eyes of children, hear the voice of children in defense of peace in the east of Ukraine. Together with the Commissioner for Children's Rights and the heads of local authorities, children's peacekeepers will discuss various aspects of preventing and combating discrimination against children, develop formats for responding to complaints and complaints about conflicts and child abuse in various situations. In the course of mass events, the film "War by the eyes of children" will be shown and the children created by the project within the framework of the project. The participants of the interactive theater will take part in the international theatrical event in Germany (Oldenburg), where they will show the performance they created. Also, within the framework of the project, vivid history of Ukrainian children participating in volunteer and peacekeeping events will be collected, which will be included in a separate book and will be kept at the Office of the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child.
Young peacekeepers - participants and project participants will join the annual World Breath of Peace, Memory and Joy and UN Art for Peace Contest - an artistic marathon on the topic "World in the World". Photos of the project and the best drawings of children will be sent to New York for placing on this action site and on the drawings, dedicated to September 21 - International Peace Day. On this day at about 14 o'clock, when the "world ring" from the coins collected by children from sixty countries of the world in all the pilot schools of the project (as well as those that Will join the movement) will call the school "bells of peace", which will announce the will of children, teachers and parents about the establishment of peace in Ukraine.
Schools which will participate in the project and submit reports on their peacekeeping activities will receive an honorary status and a diploma "School of Peacemaking" signed by the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child. The most active peacekeepers will also be noted.
